This lunch set allows you to enjoy OPERA's proud modern Chinese cuisine in small portions. We have a selection of recommended dishes using summer vegetables and white fish that are refreshing even during the hot season! Recommended for girls' parties and business lunches.

・3 types of cold dishes

1. Steamed chicken with green onion and ginger sauce 2. Jellyfish and radish Japanese dish 3. Colorful Chinese pickles

・Yuba and egg soup

・Side dish: Red sea bream with XO sauce

・Dim sum (jade dumplings, shredded shumai)

・Main dish (changes monthly)

March: Dongpo pork with seasonal vegetables

April: Genghis Khan-style lamb and new onions

May: Shrimp, green vegetables and egg stir-fried with light salt
